What happens next

Pack your part securely
Wrap it in bubble wrap or soft foam. Place a copy of your label inside the package. Write your order number — on the outside of the box.

Take it to the post office
Bring your package to any DHL, DPD, Deutsche Post, or GLS location and pay for shipping there. The label shows our address and your order number. Keep your receipt until your order is complete.

We confirm when it arrives
We'll email you as soon as your part lands with us. We measure it precisely and confirm everything before we begin production.

Your replica ships back to you
Once production is complete we ship the replica — and your original part — back. You'll get a tracking link by email.
